Softline says buys MMTR Technology, controlling stake in SoftClub

MOSCOW, Jan 26 (PRIME) -- Russian group of companies Softline has agreed to acquire software developer MMTR Technology and a controlling stake in IT firm SoftClub, Softline said on Wednesday in a statement.

“Softline...announces signing of an agreement on acquisition of MMTR Technology. The deal will enable Softline to provide clients all over the world with services of the best specialists from emerging markets more effectively and meet the constantly growing demand for IT specialists in the industry of development of applications, upgrade, and testing,” the group said. 

The group also agreed to buy a major share in SoftClub, a developer of comprehensive solutions for banks, e-commerce, and stock exchanges in Central and Eastern Europe. SoftClub’s products account for 85% of modern bank applications.
